Wireless extends the organization's boundary past the physical wall, from lobby to parking. Weak WPA settings, shared passwords, poorly isolated guest networks, or clients open to rogue access points become a shortcut into the internal network. Wireless security testing reviews configuration, encryption, and client behavior on agreed sites and SSIDs under authorization. A new office, warehouse, guest Wi-Fi, or home mesh creates this need. Neighbor networks are out of scope without permission.
TARGON runs wireless pentest under the same authorization discipline as internal network and other pentest work. Floor, SSID, and hours for spectrum work are recorded; findings are tied to segmentation and identity advice, not only "change the password". If a red team scenario is wanted, wireless is only one entry vector; this page does not assume that width. Taking Wi-Fi security testing from TARGON is a controlled attack view that includes the physical site.
